How Aggadah Reshapes Halakha*

Join us for a learning session with Rabbi Dani Passow, Senior Director of Community Learning at Hadar Institute. The Talmud is famously divided into its legal discourse (halakha) and its stories (aggadah).

In this class, we’ll explore a section of the Talmud related to Purim that includes both a halakhic and an agadac component; in so doing, we’ll gain a better understanding of the nuanced and complex relationship between law and lore.
