Join us as we welcome, Rakefet Ginsberg, CEO & Executive Director of the Masorti Movement since 2020. She previously served as Masorti’s Deputy for Congregational Development until 2017, directing the Community Unit at NATAL (Israel Trauma and Resiliency Center) in between.
Holding an MA in Social Work, Rakefet has extensive experience in community development, crisis intervention and management, and facilitating processes for change. Rakefet joined Masorti immediately after returning as a Jewish Agency emissary in North America and she presently serves as chairperson of the Counseling Center for Women.
